The fully stocked kitchen offers everything you need for group meals, including an Instant Pot, air fryer, blender, and coffee maker. Backyard games include Giant Connect 4, Jumbo Jenga, and Ladder Toss, available for your private use in the shared backyard. The fireplace is for display only and does not work.
Pets are allowed with a fee of $25 per pet per night. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. Depending on the cleaning schedule, early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $35 to check in 2 hours early or check out 2 hours later. Otherwise, for delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check out fee.
With easy access to Muni, bus lines, restaurants, cafés, and groceries, you're in one of San Francisco's most convenient and walkable locations. Golden Gate Park is just 5 minutes away, Ocean Beach is 10 minutes away, and UCSF Medical Center is 7 minutes away. Other attractions include Haight-Ashbury (12 minutes), SF Zoo (12 minutes), Twin Peaks (15 minutes), Mission District (18 minutes), Downtown/Union Square (20 minutes), Fisherman’s Wharf (22 minutes), Oracle Park (25 minutes), and Chase Center (30 minutes).
Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am every day. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, and there is a long-term tenant downstairs. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a $100 fine per unauthorized guest if discovered. If any signs of smoking are found in the apartment or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $300 fee. If the noise monitors are tampered with, there will be a fee. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee.
