If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and in or around the building, and any signs of smoking will result in a $500 fine. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $300 fee. There are noise monitors installed in the unit that measure noise levels in decibels, and tampering with them will result in a fee. Outdoor security cameras cover entrances of the house, such as the front door and backyard door. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late checkout fee. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times. All guests must be 23 years old and above.
