There is also a unique studio with its own separate entrance that walks out to a lovely landscaped yard with picnic table/chairs in a quiet, woody and serene setting. This studio rents for $2000 with additional $200/person in utilities fees.

Near the UCSF Aldea housing complex and ~ 7 minutes' walk from the UCSF shuttle stop.
Near the Forest Hill station, which has K, L, M MUNI trains and a bus hub with multiple bus lines 36, 43, 44, etc.
