Amenities and resident events make this property outstanding. While the apartments are a bit small but quite nice, it’s the gym classes, parties, social events, gym pool and roofdecks that make Nema unmatched to live at. If the pool was a bit warmer this would be 5 star review! Note most amenities are closed Or restricted as of May 2020.

NEMA has amenities such as valet parking, pool area, bbq area, and a rooftop where you can relax and take San Francisco living all in. They are also pet friendly!

Looked at many apartments prior to moving to SF and Nema stood out. Rents in the city are sky high anywhere in the city and Nema offers relative value with nice apartments and great amenities. There are always community events and the staff are excellent.

If you can afford inner-city rents check out Nema. Great apartments, great staff and multiple amenities including an excellent gym. Noise is minimal and location is within walking distance to the city and easy access to Muni and Bart. If you have a car the building has a Valet service which is included with the parking fees. The early stage crowd is slowly transitioning - a good thing.
