Management is horrible

Building is old! everything is always breaking...from the laundry machines to the floors in the walkway. Management is terrible!

Old Building, Need A lot of Remodelings

This apartment is okay, the landlord needs to stop being so cheap and have a decent renovation. The manager is only nice to you when she wants you to move in. After that, shes no where to be found. Ultimately, I would pass this place up.

PROS:
- apartment looks decent
- walk in closet
- bedroom is spacious
- provides parking
- apartment residents are mostly quiet
- allows cats

CONS:
- parking space is very small
- no AC in the bedroom
- gets extremely hot during the summer
- wall are very… very thin
- laundry machines are always broken
- manager takes a long time to reply
- always submitting maintenance requests
- old sink, stains very easily
