Pathetic Owner and Manager

Unless you are in the newly renovated apartments which only occur when long term tenants move out, there are quite a few problems. Firstly, the only reason why long term tenants leave is because either they are lucky enough to have acquired a different estate, or the incompetent, unprofessional manager has caused enough trouble for that tenant. Lack of common sense and privacy with the new manager, Ray, is reason enough to not want to rent. Left after 9 years of residency because he has entered... our apartment without our consent, untrustworthy person who does not lay out every fact out when doing business. The new owners are also not much help when it comes to trying to receive your deposit back. The obvious lack of care to making sure that tenants are given the best experience considering the rate that is being paid to that living area is enough to not even want to step foot on that property ever again. The stupidity and flippant hypocrisy that the manager exudes shows the absence of rules and respect to those living on that property.
