BUYERS BEWARE!!
Don’t get fooled by their colorful advertisement campaign or the luxurious appearance of things! We signed a contract for a 2bed-2bath 9 months ago and still don’t know when we are going to move-in!!. The whole process couldn’t get any more chaotic and while we are waiting, they are refusing to give us any updates on the release date. What makes it even more frustrating is a handful of tenants who have moved-in already while many including ours are on hold for unknown reasons. Very frustrating!

Visited 188 W. St. James Condos today
My impressions:
1. I was told all condos have only 1 parking space. A second space is unavailable.
Some of the studios have no parking space at all. This would seem to me a serious deficiency and will heavily impact market and resale values.
2. Quality of finishes, appliances, and amenities is average. Probably no better than most apartments being built.
3. Nice pool but may not be large enough for a complex of over 600 units.
4. All in all for the prices advertised i think the complex... is not providing much in terms of quality of living.
