Terrible place to live

The plumbing here is terrible, cheap windows so they rattle at every move and your paying around $100/month in pg&e in the summer and winter months for a studio! The complex next door is extremely loud at night. Owner is unreasonable.

Convenient location but old..

Pros: convenient location. Easy access to freeways, coffeeshop (sub) and Santana Row/Westfield Shopping Center. Got carport, water and garbage are included in the rent. Friendly tenants, and clean street.

Cons: Old building while the inside is ok condition as they paint before they rent again. Can't use the swimming pool, and hate the old washer/dryer onsite!
