Almaden Terrace

***BEWARE*** New management and they are extremely rude! Terrible customer service as said in the other reviews. Almaden Terrace was a nice place before she started working here. She claims to be a pet lover but is trying everything she can to get pets removed. Everyone is complaining about her. This is very sad for everyone here that loves their pets. The ladies that worked here before were very nice and one of them even dove in the pool to save a child's life but yet the new management... replaced them! We made an appointment to see the place and we showed up at 3:30. Someone was hiding in the office but the door was locked and their was a sign on the door saying “we’ll be right back!” Yeah 30 minutes later we’re done. If this is how by treat potential renters I wonder how they treat residents.

The rent is pretty cheap, maintenance guys are really friendly and fast. But the water bill for our 2 bed 2 bath apartment is on average 120 dollars. The office told us that wether there's occupants or not that's the amount you'll be paying. Oh btw you still have to pay to do laundry. We have a $150 utilities due to the office this month, and we still need to pay for PG&E and internet ourselves.

I LIVE IN A FAMILY AND DOG FRIENDLY COMMUNITY, WHERE SO FAR ALL MY NEIGHBORS IN THE UNIT I LIVE IN HAVE BEEN SO NICE AND FRIENDLY. I AM CLOSE TO WILLOW GLEN ONE WAY AND OAK RIDGE MALL THE OTHER WAY. NOT FAR FROM 87 WHICH CONNECTS TO 280 OR 101 ONE WAY AND 85 THE OTHER WAY. THERE IS SANTA CRUZ BEACH ABOUT 30 MILE FROM ME AND SAN FRANCISCO THE OTHER WAY ABOUT 50 MILES. THE... Nice and decent. Pet friendly, apartment pricing standard for area market. Parking for guests is hard, area is kept clean. Staff is kind and friendly. Quite and mostly safe with security.
