Duo Apartments

I’ve really enjoyed my time at Duo Apartments. Moving in was smoother than I expected, and the team here has made every step feel straightforward and welcoming. I’ve rented apartments before, but Duo stands out in meaningful ways.

The living space feels like home. The design is modern without feeling sterile, the finishes are top-notch and I have an incredible view.

The amenities actually get used. The outdoor areas are a nice retreat after a long day, and I’ve noticed the spaces are… consistently clean and well-maintained.

Location is a huge win. Being close to work and all the dining and entertainment options around San Jose makes weekends and weeknights feel convenient rather than rushed.

Management is helpful and responsive, maintenance has been quick to complete my work orders.

This property is very clean and a great place to call home. The neighborhood is very family friendly and the amenities are a nice perk. Great location with many stores and restaurants close by. (most are walking distance!)

To add to the positive experience I have had living here, the leasing and maintenance people are an amazing team. The ladies in the leasing office are always very helpful and are great at keeping residents up to date with events and other items such as maintenance events or… issues with ETA's, etc. The maintenance guys stay on top things to keep this property well maintained and are quick to handle any work-orders submitted. Really enjoy living here! The pool, hot tub, and gym are all nice and well taken care of, and there's always plenty of parking, which makes a big difference. The community is clean and quiet, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Overall, it's been a great place to live, and I'd definitely recommend it.

The leasing team made me feel so welcome and comfortable, and I never felt rushed or pressured during the process. They were always happy to answer my questions, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy.

They took the time to make sure I felt confident every step of the way, and their communication was always prompt and thoughtful. You can tell they truly care about the people who choose to call DUO home.
