Duo Apartments

We had a terrible experience with this apartment community. We applied for and held an apartment in early May, but nearly a month later we were informed that the current tenant would not be moving out. Throughout the process, communication was unclear, and we spent weeks waiting without getting a clear answer about what was happening.

The entire experience was incredibly stressful and frustrating. We felt that our concerns were not taken seriously, and our interactions with the leasing office,... particularly Martha, were often unpleasant and unhelpful. The situation could have been handled much more professionally, and we did not feel treated fairly as prospective residents. These apartments were cheaply built. The appliances are very cheap. The refrigerator will freeze your produce and food including eggs spoiling all the groceries The manager, Crystal is very unprofessional ignores. Any attempt to communicate with her The maintenance person Mikey is just I’m professional. The facilities are dirty overall. Also, your Mail and packages will get stolen with the leasing office being careless about it.
