I just renewed after living here for 3 years. I love everything about this community. The nature walks we take are so peaceful and gorgeous. Every part of Elan is top notch. The people working here are so friendly and helpful. Today I am thanking Jessica, a Resident Advisor for promptly and efficiently handling my request. The people in the morning cleaning the shared spaces are also very sweet and always have a smile to share.
Thanks Elan for being a great (resort feeling) apartment complex.

Great place, and great people
I have a very nice experience living on the property. Every staff we interacted was really friendly and happy to help. In particular, I’d like to shout out to Theresa who didn’t hesitate to help us even when it was almost end of the day. We greatly appreciated her support which really made us feel supported and taken care of. Great place and great people. I recommend.

Smooth Viewings and Move-in Experience
The estate feels incredibly safe and peaceful—there’s a serene vibe with the pond, ducks, and squirrels that makes it feel like a retreat. The gated parking and well-kept amenities were a huge plus for me, and the rooms are very well-priced for the quality you get.
I have to give a huge shoutout to my leasing agent, Lance. I’d heard he was a standout, and meeting him in person reinforced all the positive Google reviews I've read. He was approachable, and listened to my requirements and provided... genuine unit suggestions.
