Foothills Apartments

Inside these apartments you will not find anything new or modern, built in 1970 and with very few upgrades after that. The stoves are three small burners and only one large burner, not two large ones as most places. The dishwasher is somewhat new but very cheap and takes almost two hours to wash dishes on the light wash mode. The refrigerators are not new and not energy efficient so be ready for high electric bills. The AC in the living room is super outdated, old and very loud to the point you... can't watch TV and have the AC on at the same time.
Check out the toilets in these apartments, they look like the ones you will find in preschool bathrooms for children only, they are very small and not at at normal height.
The showers are my biggest problem in this property, the water temperature will not stay the same while you are in the shower, at anytime with no warning the water temperature will become cold or very hot and there is nothing you can do to fix that, according to the manager it is because of many people using hot water at the same time but I live here for more than a year and this problem happens all the time day or night. Dumpsters are always overflowing, there is a high monthly fee for condo services and of the reasons is that people from outside the property come to our dumpsters to dump their trash. People living at Foothills are not allowed per contract to dump furniture out and still the dumpster area near the laundry is always full of mattresses, sofas and other furniture pieces and that creates even higher costs for those who live here.
