We have lived here for 6 years and have nothing but good things to say. It's quite and peaceful, tons of parking, lots of storage, and the staff is great. Maintenance will be there same day to fix any issues. They are continuously working on the complex, so there has been updates since we moved in. We also enjoy that it is so close to so many things, we enjoy walking along the trail to get to Campbell and the Prune yard.

Excellent place to live.
I have enjoyed the spacious 1 bedroom apartment I have lived in for 3 years. Management is very reaponsive and if there is ever an issue maintenance is at my place on the same day I make my request. There is an abundance of parking which is a big plus for me.
100% recommend living here!

Great place to live
Lots of upgrades to grounds, buildings, and apartments inside. Plum Orchard is beautiful and quiet.
Great space and location. The whole complex is very quiet, which makes it very enjoyable for those lazy weekend mornings! The staff and maintenance crew are quick and responsive to your requests.
