Sedona Apartments

This place is infested with cockroaches. I wake up every morning and it’s absolutely disgusting. The dumpsters are at their worst conditions ever and the smell of it throughout this entire complex. Taking a shower is an absolute war because they can’t seem to fix it. The owner does not care about you or your family. I have never met a person so miserable with her life. It’s actually insane that she shows herself to be the most understanding woman when you rent an Apartment here to pay her bills,... but after you’ve moved in and paid for her income for a quite some time, she shows herself true colors knowing that she sucks as a person and running this apartment and takes control over how you live here. The owner is inconsiderate and never accommodates your needs. Her hospitality is useless. This apartment complex is supposed to be a gated community but there are no gates. We are supposed to have security but never seen. It is currently 2026 and they have been roach infested since 2016. There is no gym or pool mind you they charge extra for that. The roaches are out in the MORNING, that means the entire apartment complex is infested. The garage is always overfilled which creates a sewer smell... throughout the entire apartment complex. The fire alarm gets pulled 5 days a week. If you buy a sticker for a parking space just know she doesn’t have a life and will tow your car even if you pay for parking. I've lived in these apartments for about 6 years now, and I've moved over to a larger unit so I can speak from experience when I say that their maintenance response is some of the fastest I've seen. I know many people have commented about the Roach problem but in reality, we get a pest control agent who checks on each unit 3 times a year or per request. I've never had an issue with the property managers and they respond very quickly to emails. One of the biggest issues is that other Tenants... leave their trash in the hallways which is more than likely the reason for the roach problem. I bet they're the ones complaining too. It is a garbage there are homeless living outside your apartment they steal your car and security does nothing

This apt complex has had roaches for years now. imagine stepping out of your bedroom late at night and always seeing a roach in the kitchen/bathroom/hallway

street view looks nice but see the property in person and see the low quality, there's a reason why it's so cheap
