Incompetent management!
We lived in the premises for six years. Though it looks clean and well maintained from outside, our experience has been pretty bad. There are lots of recurring leakage issues which are never fixed timely and permanently. Few months ago there was security incident a Mail theft happened but tenants were never informed about it by management. We only came to know when the cops showed up with our stolen mails one night. The management is not reliable, responsible and professional. A couple of years… ago fixing the heater took them several weeks(7-8) and we with our children had to bear with freezing cold in months of November/ December without heater.
On top of that you also have to deal with rude behavior and messaging from the management.
Just thought of sharing our experiences as it may save someone else's troubles.Review from Apartments.com
