The parking key has not been working since we moved in, which has been extremely inconvenient especially during move-in when we needed to go out frequently to buy essential items but could not access the gate independently.

There was also no clear instruction on basic matters such as where to dispose of trash. Additionally, the bedroom had no lighting installed, which is usually a basic feature in rental units, and the bathroom did not include a shower curtain.

Very bad Constant new nonsense fees on my bill each month. Management never answers the phone, never returns calls, and generally seems to not care.

Room for improvement * Halls are not vacuumed/cleaned frequently-enough. Residents and their pets often make a mess in the halls and nobody cleans it.
* Residents trash the trash-room and just emails are not enough. Administration should personally address those residents or introduce penalties in the lease contract. It's easy to detect who trashes the trash-rooms or install cameras in the trash-rooms.
* Ants are an issue from time to time

Good, not great! Overall Living here is good.
The overall cleanliness of the property is clean.
The issues/concerns that are there:
- Communication on area events. I believe there was a marathon a few weekends ago and there was no communication sent out about road closures.
- Garage Door on Terraine is not working again
- Trash accumulating in the Trash Room. I know it's the responsibility for tenants to put them in the chutes, but there should be ways to offer better monitoring.
