I'm a new tenant. The building is old, but the common areas are very clean and professionally maintained. The leasing process was efficient and very professional. So far, management has responded professionally to the small maintenance issues I have brought to their attention. Parking is convenient. I've never waited long for the elevator.

It's loud as the windows are the original and very inefficient.

My apartment is otherwise quite comfortable with newly refurbished appliances, flooring and… carpeting.
