A dump

Needs repair: AC doesn't work, lights are very dim, flimsy drawers, cabinets don't close, unleveled stove burners.
Non-existent: no stove light or oven light.

Periodic remodeling or upkeep needed. Imagine seeing this as a first impression. Don't bother.

Unsafe

Surrounded by the bums of San Leandro, you can live somewhere that management doesn’t do anything to keep you safe. Nothing luxury about these standard apartments. You pay a high price to have to tow vehicles out of your paid parking spot, wake up to bums sleeping in/around the complex, and get unresolved fake solutions to actual problems you bring to management

phone wire all bad and no looks on south-south east

A wire type called E-wire is in all the buildings. E-wire won't run internet for very long; maybe a month. The lack of a clear south-south east look means your satelight will be bad too. Much of the Comcast coax is shorted. The owners have failed to replace the wire but keep telling people they can have "high speed internet". The phone company has offered to do it for them, but, they refused.

My place

My apartment is a great place to live. I like it because it's peaceful, clean, and my neighbors are very friendly. The building where I live is very relaxing we have a swimming pool, people mind their own business for the most part. I believe this is what makes it so peaceful. The area is really clean. The owners keep the complex up. We have landscapers who do weekly manicures @ the building. This really beautifies the Apartments. The best part is, neighbors are friendly and mind their own… business. I give it a 4 star rating.
