STAY AWAY! MISMANAGED APARTMENT COMPLEX! :(

If I could give a negative rating, I would!!! I've never met staff as unprofessional as the people managing this apartment. They don't respond to emails nor answer calls. They told us we were approved and 2 days before our move in date, with our things all boxed up and Uhaul reserved, they told us that we have not, in fact, been approved! What's up with that?!!!! Why did they tell us we were approved when they got the report with the recommendation to reject our application 2 weeks before… that?
NO WONDER THEY HAVE TONS OF UNOCCUPIED UNITS!
