PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE CUNNING MANAGER LOUPOU WHO HAS AND STILL IS SCAMMING PEOPLE!!!!

I will be getting the business bureaus and the right officials to investigate the Manager LOUPOU and his family who also resides there and also harassing the previous & current tenants!

Going Downhill Fast

There is an on site mgr that is non existent for repairs. I have had holes in my bathroom wall for over 2 yrs now & he still has not fixed it but my rent increased $400 in the last 2 yrs. The grounds are not kept cleaned, the elevator makes a lot of noise when its running & is dirty. I'm scared to ride it or touch the handle to open the door. The laundromat is never cleaned. They don't wipe the machines down and one of the washers leaks waters causing the floor to get wet. We got new mgmt 2 yrs… ago and that's when the place started going down the drain.
