I’d Live Here again

Great pool, clean building, great fitness center and the management is quick to fix stuff when needed

I lived here for 3 years

I spent three years here so feel qualified to leave a review. This property backs up to a primary school, with a secondary school across the road. There are three churches in either direction, a convenience store and car wash. So you are not in an overly busy area; more sleepy at night.

The best part of this property is Tim, the manager. He's very responsive and personable. I also liked my neighbors. The folks here are nice to you if you are nice to them.

If you are looking at this… property then you are aware that it is in a large, metropolitan area and no, you will not be getting away from metropolitan issues. Before this I lived in Santa Clara, which had more crime of opportunities, like car break-ins then I experienced here. You could do worse than WTH when it comes to safety.

That said, this is a decent property with great access to anywhere you need to go.
