Terrible

apartment is old. Appliances are outdated. Super old, cabinets are poor. Bathroom is extra small and clogged. Hallways carpet smells like dog pee, stained everywhere, the hallways smells like people smoke cigarettes day/night. Windows are no double panned, they are rusted old. Management is over her head with these ridiculous prices for a junk/old building
