1st off moved in during covid so was not allowed to see or view the place until the day you move in.
2nd after move in and settle started to find thing wrong with the place but was not able to get fixed till we opened back up. We had from our heater turned off from the SDGE due to a small leak than was not fixed until us almost living there 3 years when doing house inspection and asked us how come was not fixed right away and informed property manager that you were notify right away in an email... will the notice from the SDGE.
3rd roach problem got worst when started to do some digging around the building and some remolding where they were coming in thou the outlets from outside and though the windows, come from the tub drain or bathroom sink or just even around the ring of the bottom toilet, when they would come out the pest would not fully complete the job .
4th the garden no respect if you had your front door open and when you use the blower they just would blow all the dirt into your home from the front door.
5th parking is also a pain where you have other tenants that have about 6 cars and just use all the space extra space that open to routing their own are to keeping there parking spot open . Cars being broken into or being stole, washer and dryer that never works and broken down and has a bad smell and all different in prices.
These apt yes was a little cheap in price but that what you get when you need to getting something fixed or taken care of. There is a lot I can list. Read More
