Cockroaches, maggots and mismanagement

Cockroach infestation even when u leave no food out or accessible, maggots from the open front disposal bin and property management that would enter your unit with little or no announcement. The contractors (related to property manager), the pest control (property mgr father) and property manager register as separate biz but all conspire and will make u out as a bad renter. Trust me, don’t rent from this unfair, no accountability and poorly management (including flawed rent billing system) and... near tyranical prop mgr. You will pay way too much to be mistreated during and after
