Clean Quiet Apartment

The apartment complex is a great place to live in. Clean, quiet, good neighbors and the apartment manager doesn't bother you. It comes with dish washer and air conditioning and a big patio. Rent is pretty affordable. Also love the fact that there arent crazy rules. You can park any car on your assigned spot without needing a permit. I have never seen or heard of anyone's car get towed. You also get a grace period for turning in rent money in case you forget to have it by the first. The only... downside is that the manager usually doesn't answer the phone when you need something fixed. However, If you leave him a msg he'll send someone to fix the problem, but doesn't normally return calls. Octavio, the manager, is a nice guy, but in two occasions he has tried to put blame on me for things that have worn off in the apartment which were not new when I moved in and not sure when was the last time they were replaced or repaired. Overal I'm very happy living here.

nice quiet place to live

The management is actually good, get cleaned daily, swept and sometimes mopped. Power washed. Quiet environment but still kid friendly. Its a great place to live and rent is a fair price. octavio, the manager is great!

Could use some improvements

The manager always asks us to not use water so they can fix something with the plumbing and the elevator smells and is dirty.
