Casa Serena Apartments

When we first moved in we were able to use the pool but then were notified after about a year that it could no longer be used and when we were able to use it it wasn't accessible to us when ever we wanted because it was always locked! Then we were told they were going to be filling it up with dirt and that was two years ago and it's still here being cleaned only for us to look at! On top of that our kids aren't allowed to play with balls outside or ride their bikes or scooters or skateboards!... They have even thrown a fit about the kids playing with chalk! We have also had a severe bed bug issue within the apartments and have had to fight to get them to pay for them to get rid of them and this wasn't just our fight other tenants as well! Read More
