Little Oasis

This particularly charming complex offers something none of the others around the area have: Character.
Built in the 1920's in the heart of Orange County and walk's distance from downtown Santa Ana sprawling with restaurants and bars, this complex is perfect for younger professionals and creatives who want quality living in a perfect middle ground of not quite gentrified but affordable and lucrative.
There's a small courtyard with greenery kept with love, and old Spanish-style architectural... cues give the entire space a unique and charming character.
