Parc Square Apartments

Photos are not accurate. It’s always dirty here and the landlord doesn’t do much to clean the floor levels and takes forever to answer maintenance notices. People own pets here and don’t clean up their fur on the carpet hallways and it always smells. The elevator always breaks down and it went months without working. Roaches everywhere. Thin walls and can hear neighbors next door. Dirty and trash everywhere.

Ill agree with the last and only peron who wrote a review.. yess the neighbors here are very friendly, cant say the same for the ex manager (Anquelina?? However u spell that) that managed these apartments. Shes so rude, especially to a young lady all because she accidently dropped a bag of trash on the floor. Glad she doesnt manage this place anymore. The maitenance guy (Charmi?) Nice guy, but he is slow and does not know alot. This new company that came and took over, has the most rudest... employees. Mayra especially. Very rude and very disrespectful. Not sure what happened with the other owners but ever since they left these apartments are gross. As well as the other maitenance guy, nice guy and fixed things right away. Cockroaches are walking around, the floors r soo dirty, the elevator has not worked since they took over. I would assume with a 4 story building and rent being raised so high that would get them to fix it, but no. As for all the cockroaches walking around, health department will be notified. As well, as leaks in the garages that dont get fixed. Of course, the proper departments wil be called to inspect that. I will be publicly putting my review wherever possible. This apartment is very cost efficient for a full time worker and full time student budget. The land lord is always quick to answer any question we have about the apartment and is quick on maintenance as well. These apartments are mostly family and are all very friendly. Over all i recommend this place to anyone on a budget and doesn't want to sacrifice comfort and a great Neighborhood and neighbors.

Only downside is Parking in the street is very difficult due to the signs that require you to... have a permit between the hours of 12 am - 6 am but after getting my parking permit from the city, parking will be a breeze! Read More
