Horrible Management

Horrible place to live. Park on First contracted Valet Living to pick up trash from Sunday to Thursday on this property. My trash has been outside of my apartment since yesterday. I called the office and spoke to Myra today and she said that she was going to call them and find out what happened. My trash was not picked up tonight either. I walked on my floor and other tenant's trash was picked up by 9 pm but not mine. I have 2 trash bags on top of each other and some boxes broken down and they... still did not pick it up. Imagine paying $30 a month and your trash not being picked up.

DONT LIVE HERE

Absolutely terrible experience living at park on first. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Culmination of terrible area, manure smell when you open the windows (hence it being on Zoo lane) and incredibly rude management ( multiple poor encounters) Will not be renewing my lease, really disappointed.

And don’t get me started on the mail situation. In the first month of living at the apartment my roommate and I had 4 packages lost! The mail rooms are a mess with no order, people just pick through heaps of packages... that are sprawled on the floor of multiple rooms in multiple locations… and the mailbox numbers don’t match your apartment number (not a big deal but it’s the small things cmon). We now get our packages delivered to work where they know what they’re doing.

I cannot dissuade you enough from living here when there are so many better options for so many reasons.

Shout Out

This place is absolutely incredible! I just recently moved into this wonderful apartment complex, and I’ve been blown away as forever as the number of amenities that are available to us and with the staff being absolutely incredible. Shout out to Kimberly at the front desk who has made my transition extremely easy and very enjoyable. This place is nothing but the best and I am very blessed to call at home.

Moving

Me and my boyfriend lived here for quite some time and unfortunately have to move out since he found a job in another city but if it were up to me I’d stay ! I loved the environment of the apartment and all the amazing amenities it came with ! Dallas made the process smooth and I really did appreciate his overall help and patience with us. Going to miss this place and the amazing staff it came with !

Fun Events

My family and I moved here 7 months ago and love it. The management is always so pleasant and helpful with anything we need, and all of the staff are friendly and do a great job. They have lots of fun events and make it a nice place to live.
