Ongoing Maintenance Delays and Management Issues
I have lived at this property for several months and wanted to share my experience for anyone considering moving here.
The community looks nice at first glance, but the biggest issue has been maintenance and overall property management. Several maintenance requests took much longer than expected to resolve. For example, a cracked bathroom sink that was leaking water took approximately 30 days to repair. Other requests involving plumbing, appliances, and drains often took one to two weeks to... complete.
In addition to maintenance delays, the property has experienced recurring elevator outages, gate malfunctions, pest issues, and package delivery concerns. Residents are frequently informed that staffing shortages are contributing to delays, but from a resident's perspective, the result is that routine repairs can take much longer than they should.
I understand that every apartment community experiences maintenance issues from time to time. However, what I have experienced here has been a recurring pattern rather than isolated incidents.
My recommendation to prospective residents is to ask detailed questions about maintenance response times before signing a lease. The apartment itself may look appealing during a tour, but ongoing service and maintenance support are equally important once you move in.
Based on my experience, I would not choose to renew my lease or live here again.
