Dirty
This place has gone downhill. Ever since the rent went up and changed from ownership this place is nowhere close what it used to be. No one around to actually keep the peace. Always dirty. They added planters but the dirt is always outside of it not inside. There used to be a manager/landlord on the property that would live there and have rules but not anymore. The area around it is not worth the pay. Shootings happen frequently, gangs and tagging all around. Just not a safe environment. They’ll... let anyone in. Only positive they fixed the right most car entrance that has been broken for YEARS!!
