Renter Beware
Been living at Villa Marbella for 5 years now. What could possibly be so bad if I've lived her this long? To start rent is changed every year. You will pay more once lease is over. Utilities are not included and water is divided amongst 72 units. Huge problem when it's only 2 of you in a unit and 6 in the unit next door. You pay for other people's usage and water is being constantly turned off. Didn't have hot water for over a month. Management always lies and has excuses for repairs. Elevator... constantly breaks down and won't get repaired until over a month. Laundry is constantly broken last longer than 2 months to fix. Basically if you're broke & need a place to live and are okay with cold water non working services & high water Bill's come move here.

Elevator Problem
Elevator was out of service for more them 3 week, this is the only elevator in the complex.....Everybody up the stairs 2, 3, 4 floors.....
