The Department of Real Estate and Fair Housing require apartment owners and managers to return application fees to applicants who are denied. Manager "Kelly" has been accepting applications and application fees without ever returning the deposits of those who were denied. This is a violation and unfair to the applicants. Be careful.

I live in a one bedroom there and it's is an overall pretty great apartment. It was redone fairly recently and so the inside is very nice, especially the kitchen. There are all new appliances, granite countertops and beautiful wood cabinets. There is decent sized balcony that is perfect for having dinner on warm evenings. It is dog friendly! I am very happy with that factor. It is so hard to find rentals that allow dogs and luckily this one does, although the dogs have to be small.
