The spacious backyard features comfortable outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying the California sunshine or a relaxing evening under the stars. You might even be tempted by the fragrant citrus trees! As a guest in the community, you'll also have access to a refreshing communal pool and hot tub.
One dog under 45lbs is allowed with a nonrefundable $120 pet fee.
Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, this townhome is just a few minutes from bustling State St, La Cumbre Plaza, and so much more shopping, grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants and bars! Nature lovers will appreciate the proximity to scenic hiking trails. Getting around is a breeze with your own car, public transportation, or ride share readily available.
Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. Guests must keep dogs off of furniture and clean up after them. A guest rental agreement is required to be filled out before you receive check-in information.

Amenities: Starter toiletries and cooking essentials such as hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, shampoo/conditioner, coffee, salt and pepper, cooking spray and trash can liners are provided. Towels are provided. Entry: There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple key-less entry. Entry code will be provided to you 72 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest. Parking: There is a driveway for up to 2 cars to park. Additional parking is available on the street. The drive: The house is very easy to find and located close to freeway on and off ramps. Internet: The house has reliable high speed internet throughout the entire space. You can access your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts with the Smart TV. Outdoor space: Backyard features outdoor seating, citrus trees and propane BBQ available for you to enjoy! Bedrooms: There are 2 bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a twin bed. Total accommodations can sleep 5 guests. Kitchen: Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all basic kitchen essentials: Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils. Starter essentials such as oil, salt and pepper, sugar, coffee are provided. Once guests run out, they are responsible for their own essentials.
