Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. Guests must keep dogs off of furniture and clean up after them. A guest rental agreement is required to be filled out before you receive check-in information.

Parking: There is a driveway for up to 2 cars to park. Additional parking is available on the street. The drive: The house is very easy to find and located close to freeway on and off ramps. Internet: The house has reliable high speed internet throughout the entire space. You can access your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts with the Smart TV. Outdoor space: Backyard features outdoor seating, citrus trees and propane BBQ available for you to enjoy! Bedrooms: There are 2 bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a twin bed. Total accommodations can sleep 5 guests. Kitchen: Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all basic kitchen essentials: Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils.
