Extremely Loud noise from Lawrence Expy | No Double Pane Windows

EXTREMELY LOUD NOISE from Lawrence Expressway.

I am living here in Oakridge Apartments since March 2019, don't recommend this community to anyone. Noise is extremely loud from Lawrence Expressway since all apartments are old and don't have double pane windows. Though they claim few remodeled units, but only Kitchen cabinets are decent than the non remodeled units and charging $100 more for it. Still they don't have double pane windows in remodeled units to reduce noise.
