I love living here. The residents that I got to meet recently, thanks to manage. They plan an event-get together for everyone in the building. It was such a great event! Management is so so so helpful and nice. When I first move in they were very helpful to walk us through the whole process.
There’s a small gym but with all the necessities. A beautiful rooftop and also there’s a community room (room to host events) there’s grills and pizza ovens!

I am really happy living at 555. Location cant be beat, and the community feel around the building is positive. Jordan the facilities manager is the man. The rooftop is a standout asset to the property.

You can’t just launch a paddleboard from anywhere—but it just so happens that the closest part of the beach to this residence offers the ideal launch spot. No lake-like stillness in the center, just smooth access and great waves just to the right of the wharf. It’s a paddleboarder’s dream.

If you enjoy taking the elevator down and stepping straight into fine dining… on the ground floor of your building, welcome home.

Personally, I love walking the beach park, hitting nearby trails, mountain biking, riding my off-road skateboard, grabbing Chinese food next door, catching weekly movies up the street, paddleboarding, and stargazing from the rooftop. It’s all effortless here. Even the cabinets are placed just right to store your paddleboard or surfboard. The bathrooms are spacious (mine doubles as my second office), and every unit has in-home laundry.

The only thing I’d change? The building uses key fobs for entry and elevator access—I wish it were a keypad. But they do let you upgrade your unit door to a keypad if you want, so honestly… that’s a small price to pay for living somewhere this thoughtfully designed. Read More
