Is pretty good having a place for ourselves, enjoying the pool and having a great time living here, is a great place. Good for a walk with my baby and play around. I just would like to be able to add a second parking spot for our second car is kind of scary leaving it outside.

I've loved living at Hancock Terrace for over 2 years now. The amenities are so helpful and fun--it feels like a mini vacation every weekend if you want it to be! The apartments are fairly modern, and my dog can have his space in the park as well. The staff have been very responsive and helpful. Overall, i would highly recommend this complex.

This complex has changed greatly. Since I moved in. 1/23. It's gone down hill the appearance is awful trash everywhere. Lobby e in elevator. Are dirty. Gates are always broken. Stairways are dirty. This complex was so nice and well kept. Before no staff walks the grounds anymore. The hallway carpets are gross the trash areas are even grosser this complex needs security. Definitely needs at least two security guards there's a lot of activity. I. This area. Being next to the transit… center And more staff. Is needed It's a large complex it's gone .down hill The front building units that face the street. Patios need to be cleaned up. It's horrible embarrassing

The time I have been in this place has been a great experience, every time I have a problem the maintenance staff is very fast and they are great people, I have not had any complaints and I hope it continues in the way it is.
