Best building I've ever lived in.
I've been living in this building for a few years now, and it's been awesome. Management and maintenance are great, and they always handle things promptly. All of my neighbors are friendly. The on-site laundry and bike storage are super convenient. The location is quite perfect, with transit nearby, a grocery store just down the block, and essentially everything you need within a short walk or bike ride, including the beach. The building is old but well-maintained and charming. I genuinely doubt… you can beat this.
