Unusual and great!

My house burned down in the Malibu fires. I had no clothes, no furniture, nothing. After two months in motels, a friend of mine recommended Millennium. The managers and rental staff went out of their way to find me a place in the development that was already furnished. At every step of the way, they have treated me like family. The maintenance staff, amenities, parcel handling, and parking are comprehensive and sophisticated, especially for Santa Monica. This is a great place to live.

Comfortable living and quiet

Cass helped me find the perfect apartment. She was super helpful, timely, and dedicated to helping me find the apartment that was just right for me. The move in process was super smooth and the rest of the team at Millenium were super attentive and supportive through the whole process. Super quiet and clean neighborhood. Excited to make this place my home!

Wonderful Place and an Outstanding First Impression

I was greeted at the front desk by Cassandra, who was absolutely wonderful, kindhearted, professional, and great at her job. She gave me a tour and went above and beyond. The property is beautiful, modern, and has a very welcoming atmosphere, which made the whole experience even better.

best building in santa monica!

I’ve been here for almost a year now, it is the most quiet building ever with the most welcoming and helpful staff! Jayden, the assistant manager, assisted me with the move in and Cassandra, the leasing agent, is always there for me whenever i have issues with the apartment! not to mention the extremely efficient maintenance team that has been fixing any problems within 24hrs or less. I highly recommend this building!

It's a wonderful place

We needed a place to stay while our home was being repaired, and we feel lucky to have found the Millennium. The staff is friendly, patient, and attentive. The grounds are well maintained. The parking is easy. The appliances are new. The unit has everything we need (e.g. a washer and dryer) and something we didn't know we needed (e.g. valet trash service). The complex is incredibly quiet, and everyone that we have met is friendly and welcoming. My husband loves getting a cup of coffee in the… lobby every morning, and the bakery is just a few steps away. Who could ask for more?
