You’ll be fine if you rent a 3 bedroom, but there’s literally no parking anywhere for the downstairs units. The street is entirely a red zone and there’s no parking lots anywhere close. You have to park in the neighborhood over and walk a literal mile to get home.

This place is a parking nightmare. If you have a vehicle expect to add parking tickets into your rent. They are all the time and there’s no actual parking in this neighborhood. 0/10 do not recommend

Units are beautiful & very modern but the parking is awful. No parking signs everywhere with red lines. When moving here expect to get tickets from the city of Santa Rosa for the parking!!

Bad place to live if you own a vehicle. There is literally no parking for the many, many tenants aside from the single car driveways for 3 bedroom units only. The entire complex is covered in NO PARKING signs. There is no street parking. Don't move here unless you like parking a mile away from your apartment.
