DO NOT MOVE HERE
These apartments are infested with ants!!! They come out of the outlets, the shower, any crevis you can think of. So much of our groceries go to waste because the ants will get into anything! (So much $$ wasted!) Even right after cooking a meal you cannot leave it on the stove, they'll come out. doesn't matter how clean you are. we were extremely clean and they're constantly around. Management wont do anything about it because they say that all units have the same issue and the ants are in the... foundations of the building.
There is also NO PARKING. It can be extremely frustrating to come home and not find parking. Parking on the main street is also packed and not to mention unsafe, especially for a female at night.
People who use the washers have no common respect as they leave them disgustingly dirty.
Its also supposed to be a smoke free property but people smoke off their balconies letting the smoke enter your home if you have a window cracked.
Overall not ideal living conditions, wouldn't recommend living here.

HaHa Ha...Have you ever heard the phrase 'the road to hell is paved with good intentions"? That applies to this particular ex-tenant. We bent over backwards to help him, and he pays us back with this negative review. At this point, I hope he has... gotten the help he needs to deal with his personal problems. Three different times he was warned he would be given a notice to move if he didn't change his behavior.
I am not going to address his personal issues other than to say we have a contract with a pest control to regularly maintain and respond to ants and other rodents if so needed. Leaving food and garbage open was an issue he had difficulty with. Our final thoughts about him is: in his future, we hope he learns to live with others in a better and more respectful manner
