Great Experience

We moved to the Shadow Creek Apartments for 5 months while purchasing and remodeling a home. It was in the hot summer. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Because of the numerous redwoods and willow trees, winding paths, fountains, and a nice pool, it was a pleasure to stay cool and meander with my little dog. There are strategic dog disposal locations with free poop bags. There is a shared garden area down by the creek. It's walkable to the parks and many restaurants. We could have… stayed here much longer than we did. We met a lot of nice people also.

Cozy and Affordable!

I have been living in a single bedroom at Shadow Creek Apartments for about 7 months now and am very happy with everything! The community is awesome, clean, nice, pet friendly, and walking distance to Howarth Park and Spring Lake. I definitely recommend living here because it is homy and very much affordable compared to other properties I have toured.
