Great Place to Call Home

My husband, my son, and I lived here for six years. Our neighbors were wonderful. There was no late-night loud music, and everyone looked out for each other. The management team was also great. If we had any concerns, the team would respond with urgency and ensure everything was taken care of. The grounds are also kept up and very clean. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone who is looking for somewhere to call home.

Manager

I have lived here for 24 years with my family.
The maintenance and upkeep is fantastic, always keeping the property clean, and kept cut with the grass and bushes, beautiful flowers always planted when needed.
Christina is not only the BEST MANAGER !! but also a friend . I love when I see her and we chat about life and our family.. she has watched my daughter grow up from 2 to 26 now. We ABSOLUTELY LOVE HER!!
She is the BEST!!

I have lived here for 24 years, since I was 2.
I love these apartments. Very fast with maintenance, caring, and has great schools around the area, a Middle School, EAK, High School.
Amazing area in Santee, there’s three parks around. The apartment complex is quiet, quiet area, have the beautiful view of Cowles Mountain, where you can hike.
If anything is wrong or something needs fixing she’s always on it, depending on what it is, if it’s small fixing, it’ll get fixed within a couple hours, if… it’s major it’s like a day. Very quick to fix anything..Love Mesa View and would not recommend anywhere but here ????

Review of Mesa View Apartment, Santee, CA

I have been living at Mesa View Apartments for almost 30 years. I feel safe and love how quiet the community is. I believe that has to do with the manager. The manager is fantastic, friendly, quick to respond to repairs, and really cares for the tenant's. The community is kept spotless and always working on the property to look beautiful. A great place to live because of the great and caring manager.
