Awful Landlord and equally bad property management company

The landlord is completely untrustworthy and constantly yells at tenants when issues arise. Impossible to complain to property management company since they never answer. My only interaction with them was when I took legal action. About half the tenants have done the same or simply do their best to avoid any conflict to the point it becomes a miserable living environment. Tony is the manager and after having one conversation with him you’ll understand for yourself. It’s rent controlled though… and that alone provides enough reason to stay. However, a petition has started to remove him involving attorneys. Keeping fingers crossed!
