Decent Yet Inexpensive Apartment
The actual property is totally fine. It has a nice enough pool and a community grilling/ lounging area that is rarely used.
The actual apartments are decent. It does feel a little on the cheep/old side, but with central AC/Heating, a balcony, and a good amount of floor space I can't really complain.
The overall space seems to be good for 2-3 people with 4 being possible, though it may start to feel a little cramped.
The kitchen is very small and bare bones, but with a dishwasher and... electric stove it gets the job done.
My biggest complained about the space is the VERY uneven bedroom sizes. The master bedroom is large with 2 closets and a personal bathroom (though it only has a standing shower). The second bedroom is good enough for one person, but it's substantially smaller with one closet and a detached bathroom across the hall. It's not bad, but it can make arrangements with roommates more difficult.
My biggest issues with the complex has to be with the property manager (who is not the owner). Bob is nice enough, but he's not very responsive. Your issues will get addressed, but he will never let you know if he received your email/text. You're often guessing if he got your message. People will just randomly show up at your door wanting to look at/fix the problem.
Additionally he likes to talk down to people as if they are children. He seems to think people are ether incompetent, or needs parenting.
