Love this property!!

The property is beautiful and has so much character and I love how the community feels. The grounds are well maintained and the location is great. Overall, I’m really happy and would definitely recommend Chase Knolls!

Utilies difficutiles!

I went into the office because I had been having issues with my ultilies bill for the past few months! The manager and the young lady in the front were so helpful and solved the issue within 15 minutes even i kept being told that there was no problem! I couldnt even believe how quickly they fixed it for me when the old manager claimed he couldn't help me! So just wanted to give gratitude to the new manager and the sweet lady in front.

Best place to live

Chase knolls has been the best thing that has happened to me. My children love it here, we are a family of 7, they love all the great amenities and all the new upcoming upgrades.

Not a great start..

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing from start to finish.

I stopped by to inquire about available apartments and was immediately told that no one was available to help me. I tried asking a few basic questions, but the person at the front desk seemed completely uninterested and simply told me to make an appointment online.

I did exactly that. I scheduled an 11:30 a.m. appointment, received multiple confirmation reminders, and planned my entire morning around… it. When I arrived the next day, I was told there were no leasing agents working that day.

The woman at the front desk was kind and at least made an effort by calling maintenance to see if someone could give me a tour. Unfortunately, she was told to have me come back on Monday.

The problem is that I'm relocating and was only in town for the week. It was incredibly frustrating to have a confirmed appointment, receive reminders, and then find out no one was available to honor it.

If this is how prospective residents are treated, it doesn't give me much confidence about what the experience would be like after moving in. Based on my experience, I can understand why others have raised similar concerns in their reviews.

Beautiful place to live in!

I really enjoy living here! It’s so calm and quiet. I like our garden style scenery. We have great amenities. The community here is so loving and caring for each other. This is a really great place to live, really good schools around as well!
