Spacious, building near all
This is a wonderful large one and two bedroom apartments in the heart of Sherman Oaks district. Well maintained, air conditioned, newly carpeted, secured parking and entry. No pet allowed and kids are welcome. The building has a mixture of young and middle aged individuals. Basically retired and working people reside at the complex and it is centrally located to two Ralph's Markets,a Trader Joe's', Gelson's, Pavilions, and Whole Foods Market a miles away. markets and a Pavilions Market. … There is a huge park up the street; Van Nuys & Sherman Oaks Park. The lawn is always manicured and alway clean and neat. the complex is quiet and for the most part the tenants are friendly and mind their own business
