Safe, quiet apartments

My husband and I stayed there from 2012-2016 and it was a great experience. Angelika addressed a noise issue we had with a neighbor at one point but for the most part, it’s a calm environment at an affordable price.

Awesome Apartment building. Great community.

Gem of a building located within walking distance of various shops, grocery store's, a shopping mall, and several restaurant's and cafe's. There's always plenty to do in the area without ever needing to take the car. The common areas of the building are cozy, modern, and clean - there are two new BBQ Grills in the common areas, a pool that's always kept clean, and a nice fitness center that is rarely crowded. The neighbors are friendly, approachable, and always respectful. Over the course of the… two years that I've lived here, I've been invited to several BBQ events by my neighbors. This truly is a building and community that feels right calling it Home.

grounds are always well kept. Great mgr in Angelika. Always there for you when a problem arises & takes care of it immed. Thats why renew my lease every year.

Love My Apartment!

Cozy and Quiet my two favorite parts about my apartment. Just a step away from a beautiful park and in a very quiet neighborhood. This apartment feels like home. The grill and pool are well maintained and the common areas are filled with lush gardens. I have only good things to say about this place. (But I do wish I had a balcony) LOL!

Nice, a bit expensive

Our apartment complex is very nice and well kept. The area is very safe and a great location. The rent was more expensive than what my fiancee and I had hoped for when we first moved in. However, given the location and all the niceties, we were more than happy to pay the extra price. The biggest complaint is the consistent year-after-year rent INCREASE! It is very frustrating to know that at the end of the year the apartment company proves how little they care about their tenants and how much… they care about their profits.

Additionally, our maintenance guy is fantastic! He really works hard and is extremely friendly!
