This property is in a condo complex with neighbors all around. We don't monitor construction or noise from neighbors and this should be taken into consideration when booking. Starter kits of toiletries are provided to all guests. Supplies for the entire length of the stay are not provided. Kitchens are stocked with dishes, drinkware, pans and cooking utensils. Spices, oil or anything perishable are not stocked. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are permitted in properties designated as Pets OK.
