The people here are rude and disgusting. I'm infested with roaches that come through the drains, the neighbors down stairs are overly sensitive. My doors been egged twice now, kids ring the door bell and run away. And I've only lived here for 2 months and have not socialized with anyone to make enemies or deserve this kind of disrespect. I am visually impaired with 2 girls , it took me 4 months to get approved for my apartment , myself and kids could not be more happy, the management really helped me all of the way , I am living in a handicapped unit, my unit is close to the office , we also have an gym, community room, computer room, laundry rooms, playground for the children, my unit is a 2 bedroom with lots of space w/ balcony... central air, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, 2 bathroom, this is what I wanted... to make my kids happy safe and secure ... current tenant about lil over 2 months , well must say trash chute terrible, smells bad trash everywhere all the time , nats flys coming in our place, playground has no trash dispensor for trash>???? still havent had access to gym not open nor community room wifi nor commputer lab still closed have to give additional deposit on top of prior deposit for site key due to gated community shouldnt that be included ?????? thought the laws were very explanitory about charging additional deposits for... any keys shouldnt it be given when move in? any how mail is a issue wit about 100 tenants and local mail office due to poor instalation so causing mail to be held by management? but the up side is cost and inside is awesome!!! so were waiting for improvements on the lil perks hope gets resolved , wouldnt want more tenants to start complaining false advertisement , establish reduction of rent right... after all the girls downstairs have been overly slammed so , we understand for now? managers stop being mean to the family guests we are allowed to have guest ...... please Read More
