Tropical Gardens
The hardwood floors, ample space, and reasonable price in rent are definitely a plus. However, the floors are squeaky and in turn our downstairs neighbors have been banging on their ceiling/our floor to our horror. The management has not been on top of things either, promising to fix this and that, yet never showing up to actually get the tasks done. The worst part is that the cold water during the day turns hot, paralleling the temperature outside. If it is 100 degrees outside, we cannot use... the cold water until about 5 PM, when the temperature outside cools down. We have complained with no actual fixing of the problem. We are staying because of the school district and the price, but the cons are definitely there so be warned!
