You would share a bathroom with the other housemate who works; however, she works in San Diego and stays with her boyfriend in los angeles on weekends and is off work every other Friday such that she leaves for work early Thursday morning and doesn’t return home until Monday evening. This unique situation gives you the feeling that you have the home all to yourself for extended periods of time, which is ideal if you are a student, work from home, entertain friends and family at home, or if you simply value your personal space.
Parking is free in front of the garage or pay an extra $50 per month and park in the garage.
